Initital Meeting and Consultation
Whether you're looking to build your dream home, remodel your kitchen, or add an apartment to the back of your property, every project starts with an initial design meeting and consultation. This meeting is usually scheduled for an hour and is a chance to discuss the broad scope of the project, budget, financing, timeline, any foreseen problems, and to get to know one another.

Design Meeting
Most projects will require a follow-up design meeting, which may take place on-site, virtually, or at the office. The length of this meeting depends largely on the size and scope of the project. The objective for this meeting is to determine the look, feel, and desired outcome for the project. We will discuss everything from flooring to lighting to where your appliances will go.

Selections and Budget Estimate - Small Project
At this stage, we will work with you to confirm your selections and prepare an estimated cost for your project. Once prepared, we will present this to you for your approval. If approved, we move onto the Build Process.

Selections and Budget Estimate - Large Project
If your project is large, involving a lot of moving parts and/or professional services (like an engineer, architect, surveyor, etc.), then we'll present you with an estimated cost to complete the design process. Once we are able to obtain all the required information for your project, we'll prepare an estimated cost for your project and present that to you for approval.
