The build process involves a lot of moving parts including permits, inspections, managing the different trades in the right order, etc.

Our specific build process involves treating each client like they’ve never done this before (which is often true). Each step will be discussed in detail ahead of time so that you know what to expect during each phase, what questions you might want or need to ask, and what to look out for to make sure things are going as planned. In our view, the Client is just as much a part of our build team as the trades, professional services, and our own team.

Together, we will perform several walk-throughs during the project (project size will affect just how often we do that), ask questions of one another to make sure we’re proceeding as intended, and that we do everything we can to prevent something from falling through the cracks.

In addition to all of the above, we also utilize tools like CompanyCam, to help document the entire process, share things with you, and, if requested, provide you with a photographic diary of the entire build from start to finish. We love to take photos of all our projects!
